Vintage is in full swing here in the beautiful Barossa. I am sitting at my desk looking at the Road Block Shiraz vines which are due to be picked next week.
Derek has been busy crushing and pressing the reds while overseeing our Riesling ferment at another facility. Yesterday he popped out to check out a couple of vineyards to see how the fruit was ripening.
Fiano is coming in later next week along with some Grenache and our Shiraz. We'll be all finished by the early April at this rate.
