Every wanted to find out just what what happens in the vineyard and just how much work goes into making a single drop of wine? Join us on our property in Angaston for a unique hands-on behind-the-scenes experience. 

Don a pair of wellies and head off to feed the chooks. From there you’ll take a tour of the Town Shiraz Block – where we’ll put you to work – help us put in a few drippers or pull some weeds, all while enjoying the amazing native bird life.

Your hard work will be rewarded with breath-taking views across the Barossa from our private lookout. Taste the Shiraz made from the vineyard, relax, and take in the views from our Sunset Block.

Your days not over yet as next we’ll get you in feeding our sheep, including our adorable miniature Baby Doll sheep and alpaca. Then it’s into the barrel shed where, depending on the season, we’ll get your hands dirty helping to top some barrels, plunge a ferment cap or run some lab checks.

Enjoy a blending experience in the kitchen and learn more about the winemaking process before it’s time for a two-course home-cooked lunch around our kitchen table, accompanied by tastes of the full Paisley Wines range.
