This range of wines, named after fashionable fabrics, feature the iconic paisley design for which the company is named. The pattern became synonymous with the Scottish town of Paisley situated close to Glasgow and was the birthplace of Kirsten's great-great grandfather, who emigrated to Adelaide in 1839.

The Fiano comes from two elevated cool climate vineyards. The Adelaide Hills vineyard is between the villages of Kersbrook and Williamstown. It is east facing with grey brown loam soils at an elevation of 300m. The Eden Valley Vineyard is from Paisleys own vineyards with beautiful dark black soils interspersed with substantial amounts of rock including quartz, ironstone and Angaston marble. The low vigour vines produce fruit with great varietal definition, immense character and flavour. Both are perfect sites for this native Italian grape variety.

With a pale straw colour, the nose is aromatic and lifted, with some nectarine, orange peel, blossom and herbal notes of sage and parsley. The palate is medium bodied with citrus, nectarine, apricot nectar, pear and even pink grapefruit. With typical Fiano pithiness, the mid palate is quite textural, which makes it the perfect accompaniment to food. The wine finishes long with apricot and citrus length.
